Born from a commitment to positively impact the world through our collective expertise and work, The Leading for Good Project is a non-profit organization based in New Jersey, USA. For the team at Pennington—a performance consulting firm dedicated to elevating key leaders and top teams across industries, contexts, and geographies—investing in social impact leaders was an inevitable next step that led to the bold decision to give shape to this dream and intention.

Our first project, Complete Leaders—a development program bringing together social impact leaders from around the world—launches in 2026. The project is a partnership between Pennington, The Conscious Project, and Petruc.co—all of us like-hearted experts in the space of elevating others with a deep commitment to giving back.
